Our Visionaries
Vidiol Tsague
Aeronautic Engineering/Pilot
Amidst ongoing armed conflict in certain regions of Cameroon, 17-year-old Vidiol Tsague was forced to drop out of secondary school, but he had a dream to build his own miniature prototype of a passenger airplane.
With scrap metal and materials he collected, Vidiol successfully constructed a passenger airplane prototype that was capable of take-off and landing, powered by batteries, and controlled by a locally made remote control.
Vidiol now envisions becoming an aeronautical engineer and pilot, flying a plane that he engineers. Eventually, he wants to open an aeronautical engineering school in Cameroon for young African students.
Enop Edia
Writer, Poet, Spoken Word Artist, Content Creator, Speaker, Founder of The Griot Hub
At 18, this young visionary created a safe space for teenage arts and science creatives to explore, nurture and develop their talents called The Griot Hub.
The hub additionally serves to keep young teens off streets. It also hosts events that raise funds for initiatives that help local communities where needed.
The Hub leases space in Cameroon, but Enop envisions the Hub eventually owning its own space and opening new Hubs across Africa.
Wirngo Eric Jaidzeka
Technology and Manufacturing
Eric created a motorcycle chopper and a car from welding materials and he is passionate about motorized vehicles and manufacturing.
He has created and sold four of these bikes to local buyers and has managed to train more young people to work with him and do what he does.
He envisions building a factory in Cameroon to manufacture his own custom cars and motorcycle choppers. To create a more eco-friendly environment, he would like to learn to build electric bikes and cars in the near future and make that a part of his products.
Mulalo Negondeni (Nego)
Architectural Design
Inspired by the 2010 FIFA World Cup stadium that hosted the opening and closing ceremonies in South Africa, Mulalo designed a mini replica of Johannesburg in his backyard with recycled materials. It took 12 years.
The 26-year-old from Mukula Village in Limpopo Province, South Africa, wants to study more about architectural designs but can't afford to do so. He is currently creating digital designs for new infrastructure in commercial buildings and homes.
Chi Blaise Awa
Engineer, Builder, Machinist
Using scrap materials, 17- year-old Awa taught himself to make remote-controlled toys.
On the streets of Douala, his creations have captured the attention of locals who are inspired by his talent and intelligence. Yet, Awa had to drop out of school amidst the conflict in the region where he lives.
Awa would like to study aerodynamics and learn how to build machines that reduce human labor. His dream is to build a tech company that produces auto parts for different operating vehicles.
Liam and Nolan
Professional Tennis Players
Liam and Nolan are competitive tennis players who have gained attention as they continue to win tournaments in doubles and singles.
They have been deeply inspired by the legacy of the Williams sisters and hope to follow similar paths.
However, they did not have the funds to hire coaches at their skill level or to travel in the country to play the tournaments they qualify for – until BELLA Masters made that possible. They dream of playing at Wimbledon and winning Grand Slams.
Etaka Edia
Agricultural Entrepreneur and Founder of She Skill’d
She is the founder of “She Skill'd,” a program that provides basic training and success tools for local women business owners across Africa by leveraging help from successful entrepreneurs and corporate leaders. Giving them tools to increase revenue and remain sustainable.
She also trains the IDP women who have lost their husbands and families, in the current crises, to develop new skills to rebuild and support themselves and their children; creating handcrafts and home made products for local consumers.
Etaka, with the help of BELLA Masters, has trained over 1000 women business owners across Africa and has supported over 300 IDP women to learn creative ways to support and sustain their families. Her dream is to help 10,000 women in business and set all the IDP find a new home and find balance for themselves by 2025.
Etaka is an Agriculture major that also wants to develop greenhouse farms across Africa.
